Nancy Drees
and her husband, David, have lived in Upper Arlington since 1991.
They are the proud parents of three Upper Arlington High School
graduates: Erin, Emily and Dave.
Nancy earned
a bachelor's degree in business administration from The Ohio State
University Fisher College of Business and previously worked as a
corporate assistant vice president at U.S. Bancorp in Minneapolis.
Drees serves
on a number of nonprofit boards including the Upper
Arlington Education Foundation, the Upper
Arlington Community Improvement Corporation, and the Upper Arlington
School District Business Advisory Council.
She led the
parent-teacher organizations at Upper Arlington High School and
Greensview Elementary School and also co-chaired the Hastings Middle
School Outdoor Learning Center committee.
Nancy Drees
received the Upper Arlington Rotary Woman of the Year Award in 2010.
She was elected to the Board of Education in November of 2011. Her
first term began January 1, 2012 and her second term will end on
December 31, 2019.
